SPECIAL BOCC MEETING

• Executive Session for purposes of receiving legal advice pursuant to CRS 42-6-402(4)(b).
  The specific topic to be discussed is – commissioners acting as interim county administrator
  and legal considerations pertaining to open meetings law requirements associated with that role.

In addition, the Board of County Commissioners shall conduct such further business as may come before said meeting.
