Montezuma County is seeking bids for 2027 Janitorial Services for the following locations:
Bid Walk: There is a bid walk scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2026; all new bidders are required to attend the bid walk.
2027 Montezuma County Janitorial Walk Through Schedule
The 2027 Montezuma County Janitorial Walk Through will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the
Montezuma County Administration Building located at 109 West Main Street, Cortez CO 81321.
The following buildings will start as close to the posted times as possible; times may vary depending on turnout and questions.

Bid Deadline: All bids are due October 26, 2026 by 4:00 P.M. at
