At a scheduled special meeting of the Board of Commissioners, Montezuma County, Colorado, held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at the Montezuma County Administration building in Cortez, Colorado, there were present:
Jim Candelaria, Chairman
Kent Lindsay, Vice Chairman
Gerald Koppenhafer, Commissioner of Deeds
Stephen Tarnowski, County Attorney, (Absent)
Jim McClain IT Director
Kim Percell, County Clerk
CHAIRMAN Candelaria opened the special meeting of August 31, 2026, with the Pledge of Allegiance.
DISCUSSION: HR Manager Dennis Bugg along with Finance Director, Robert Dobry met with the Commissioners to discuss the proposed iSolved HR Software purchase. The Commissioners agreed to not move forward with the purchase at this time. (See attached)
MOTION TO ADJOURN: was made by Commissioner Lindsay seconded by Commissioner Koppenhafer and carried.
