Request for Proposal – Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicles

Montezuma County hereby issues a Request for Proposal for the Purchase of 3 (three)
Mid-Size Sport Utility Vehicles. Bidding is limited to Licensed Dealers only.

All bids with vehicle specifications are due Wednesday, August 19, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. at
www.bidnetdirect.com.

Bids will be opened on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 1 :30 p.m., via the Montezuma County Website
YouTube link.

Vehicle Requirements:

1. Mid-Size Sports Utility Vehicle
2. All Wheel Drive
3. Seating for 5 (five) Passengers
4. Base Model Package

Bids for all Vehicle Makes will be accepted and encouraged.

The Contract for the purchase of the vehicle would be binding upon all parties hereto and their
respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

The terms of the Contract will be construed and interpreted in accordance with Colorado law. Any
claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Contract will be brought solely in
Montezuma County, Colorado and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

The prevailing party in any action to interpret the terms of the Contract, of the Contract Documents or
to enforce any of the rights, obligations, or conditions of this Contract or the Contract Documents shall
collect all reasonable costs and expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s
fees.

Award of the Purchase Contract will be made in accordance with the applicable requirements set
forth in the Montezuma County Procurement Guide.
