Executive Session

A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners will be held for the purpose of an executive session pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(e). The session will address:

• Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations
• Developing a strategy for and receiving reports on the progress of such negotiations
• Instructing negotiators
• Specific Issue: Rule 31 – Methane Landfill Rulemaking
