Notice is hereby given that the Montezuma County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for review and determination of a proposed Subdivision Amendment Application to Lots 1 & 2 of the Subdivision of Exemption P‑12‑12 Subdivision, submitted by Kelsey Woodson & Kyle Dinnel and Bonnie Fritz & Sandra Fritz, on properties located at 11605 & 11555 Road 39, Mancos, CO, consisting of 10.03 & 28.97 acres, more or less, both located east of Road 38.5, south of Hwy 184, situated in Section 17, Township 37N, Range 14W, N.M.P.M.
