• Chemistry Panel (CMP, Lipid, TSH)
• CBC
• PSA (Men Only)
• HA1C
• Vitamin D

Wellness Stations

• Mental Health
• Physical Health
• Emotional Health

Mobile Immunization Clinic

Complimentary immunizations (adult and pediatric).
Available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

• Payment due at time of service (cash, personal check, or credit card).
• Cash/personal check preferred for fastest checkout.
• Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not billed for patient‑initiated/health fair testing.
  Southwest Health System will not bill or provide billing information for these tests.
